This is a flaw in the add-on "sonnb - XenGallery". After disabling that add-on, the moderation queue works as expected. Here is a description of the problem:

It is possible that sonnb - XenGallery extends XenForo_ViewPublic_ModerationQueue_List::renderHtml, but it does not run the parent::renderHtml if it exists. This breaks VaultWiki's queue renderer because sonnb - XenGallery erases it and uses its own renderer instead. An example from VaultWiki's code shows the correct code design to prevent conflicts with other add-ons:

Please report this to the author of "sonnb - XenGallery". The add-on should be updated to use code like the example.
