Checked "Send PM for Moderated Contributions" is not respected

if you are using the moderate interface to accept or deny new contributes, this option is not respected.
If you accept or deny from the version history, it is working

From what I can tell, you are correct. The PM that sends to a contributor when a moderator accepts or denies is not sent to the contributor when the moderator uses XenForo's moderate interface, but only if the moderator uses the wiki's inline moderation tools.

This will be fixed in the next release. The following issues related to approval/disapproval PMs have been fixed:
- Wiki content approved or denied via XenForo's moderation queue was not sending the PM alert about the moderation state change to the user who posted the content
- Wiki content that was waiting for approval but was deleted via the wiki's inline moderation tools without approving or denying first was not sending a PM alert that the content was denied
