Administrator can´t edit book content

I have no idea why, but a user that has admin rights (usergroup admin) can´t edit book pages. It is possible to edit all articles and all areas, but no articles that are content of a book.
As i am super admin, i never had this problem.

The following message was thrown

Sorry, we can't find the section you are trying to edit right now. If you followed a valid link, the section syntax might be invalid or other BB-Codes might be interfering with this section. Try editing the full wiki article using the BB-Code Editor (not the Rich Text Editor) and perform cleanup as needed.

The permission at the wiki panel are set all to allowed!

That message is not related to permissions at all. There are damaged/invalid BB-Codes in the wiki page, so it is not possible to find the section you want to edit. You will not be able to use section editing until you repair the damaged BB-Codes, because the damaged BB-Codes prevents it from finding the section you want. You can still use the regular Edit tab to edit the whole page at once.
