AdminCP Log: ErrorException: Undefined variable: prefix_select

If you edit or create a new page and you "use" the prefix function, the following is thown

I see this happening if you visit the Manage Synonyms tab for a page, but you don't have permission to create a new synonym and you don't have permission to edit one of the synonyms it shows.

In vault/core/view/ui/redirect/vw.php, find:
