Not all wiki admin links are visible on admin.php?wiki/

The main wiki admin page does not show all wiki admin links. The following is missing:
      Site Config
Content Types (there are 2 content types admin pages)
      Wiki links
      Notifications
      Navigation
      Aesthetics
      Misc

Please make all links available on the main wiki admin page so that we have one overview of all settings. Having two places to check and having duplicate settings page names confuses admins.
Having one page that links to everything is default XF behavior.

There are at least 2 examples of XenForo admin pages with duplicate names:
      - Home > Options > Attachments AND Applications > Attachments
      - Home > Options > Appearance AND Appearance

Using the second example, we have a page for Options relating to Appearance, as well as a tab where you can actually modify the Appearance.

Likewise, in VaultWiki, there is Settings > Content Types (options relating to various types of content) and Structures > Content Types (where you can actually modify the content types). I can't really see a way to keep these names short and simple without having any similarities with the names of other admin pages. For now, the names are unchanged. Perhaps in the future when we have more/less total settings, the settings pages can be reorganized and we will end up with different names for them.

For 4.0.11, under the Wiki tab's admin navigation, I have added one shortcut link ("Settings") to a page that lists the various VaultWiki "Settings" pages. Again, this is a shortcut link. Clicking any of the settings groups on this page will jump to the tab that actually contains the settings (Home > Options) with a completely different side navigation set. This jarring navigation change is consistent with default XF behavior where Applications > Attachments > Attachment Options jumps to Home > Options > Attachments.

In early VaultWiki 4, these separate settings pages were created because some setting changes required data rebuilds that were easier to do on custom admin pages. Over the life of 4, however, we have migrated these rebuilds to deferred tasks, so the separate admin pages have become redundant. Unlike vBulletin's admin navigation, XenForo does not appear to provide a way to collapse navigation groups/menus. So if all the settings pages were individually linked from the sidebar, you would notice the admin navigation starts to get very long, which was the main reason why these shortcuts were omitted from XenForo.

The Styles, CSS, and Variables options you were familiar with from your vBulletin 3 installation have not been added. Those menu items were leftover from VaultWiki 3 and have been deprecated for some time; most people know to edit styles in the Style Manager/Appearance tab.

      This is not fixed.

Can you please add the 'Options' links to the sidebar of /admin.php?wiki/ ?
Its default behaviour in XenForo that an application has all option links in the sidebar.
More importantly: it would save a lot of confusion and time.

This was fixed -- in the manner I described in my previous post.

Until XenForo provides collapsible admin navigation headings, we are not going to add 6 extra entries to the Wiki tab navigation for what are very much set-and-forget options. Aside from the one case of XF attachment options that I mentioned above, I am not aware of any default behavior in XenForo regarding option links in the sidebar. Please use the "Settings" shortcut. I'm not sure how this is confusing.

The settings link is styled as a Section Header, not a Navigation link. Xenforo and all addons do this the same, so thats what I naturally expect it to be. It seems as an empty settings Section because the Section has no navigation links. Therefore I have never before seen this nor used this. Its a hidden feature that you can only use if someone has told you it is there or if you accidentally click on it.

      Please make it like this:
      Settings
      - Options

The additional Options link under the Settings header has been added for the next release.
