attempted to instantiate non-existent class vw_Install_Full_Controller

When trying to install 4.0.9 i get a whitepage with this:

Please download the ZIP again. For some reason it had some 4.0.8 files in it. I just rebuild the package and it looks like the correct files now.

Is it possible that the install is corrupted now? It doesnt seem to want to install and there is nothing to uninstall.

This error would not cause corruption. This error was saying that the installer file can't be found.
