In forum thread wiki integration, expandable view option cannot be undone

When forum thread wiki integration is enabled and a wiki inserted at the top of a thread, unclicking the expandable view option under "manage" and updating does not work. The wiki still collapses and that option remains clicked when you go back into the "manage" settings.

Fixed. In vault/core/controller/ui/tools/integrate/vw.php, find:
