no page views on some pages

Hi,
I noticed that no pageviews appear on some pages

Examples:

This page is viewed around 190 times: http://regio-portal.wiki/wiki/Die_Forelle
On this page the page-views at the bottom of the site is missing: http://regio-portal.wiki/wiki/Holger_Schrag

http://regio-portal.wiki/wiki/spezialopularpages shows not all top-pages :-(

It appears that pages that were already missing a vw_counter record before upgrading to version 4.0.4 did not get one after that upgrade. Whatever bug this is was resolved already (because new pages get vw_counter records as expected), but I have added a step to the upgrade for 4.0.9 to regenerate missing vw_counter records.

Unfortunately most views that occurred while the record was missing are lost forever (except whatever occurred in the last day or so). There is no way to know how many views there should have been during that time. Pages with a view-count of 0, such as views lost due to this bug, don't appear on Special:Popularpages.

How far is 4.0.9 away to have records on all wiki-pages?

If you are still experiencing this issue after 4.0.9, please submit a new Support Ticket. Old tickets and passwords from before January 21 were destroyed.

Otherwise, please confirm that the issue is resolved and we will close this report.

When you had this error: https://www.vaultwiki.org/issues/4560/
I seems like you skipped that upgrade step, instead of using the edit I gave. I ran the step and those pages are tracking views now.
