      LiteSpeed Cache support

For both vbulletin and xenforo there is LiteSpeed Cache support. But this doesn't seem to be available for Vaultwiki 4.
Please add this. Mind that Litespeed 5 has ESI which cuts down on server strain significantly.

I'm not aware of native LiteSpeed Cache support in either vBulletin or XenForo. Please activate it on your test forum so I can see what you mean.

Both add-ons appear to just set a cookie or a header, and they do so in a globally available hook location. I see no reason why the cookie would not be maintained in VW, unless perhaps you are operating the wiki on a separate domain.

On the other hand, vBulletin no longer offers or supports the add-on you refer to, so it is neither possible nor a good idea to extend the add-on in any way if that were necessary.

From what I can see, these add-ons should not conflict with VW4 at all, and I see no reason why guest caching would not work on wiki content pages if it already works on regular forum pages.
