Issue: I don't receive any email !

Go to the page you aren't getting an email for, go to the Subscribe tab, and make sure one "Notification type" has one of the email choices selected. Also, make sure you have "Tell me about" with "New edits" selected.

I have set up
- Instand notification by email
- new edits

This is fixed in the next release. Instant emails were not being sent for edits to pages or new uploads for files, when the subscription was on the same page/file that was being directly updated. If the closest subscription was a book/category/group/area containing the updated page, the instant email for the container regarding the update was sent as expected.

Also fixed: no subscription emails whatsoever were being sent when the subscription was on a feed.
