Missing argument 2 for vw_Quote_Model::get_tags(), called in

You can not quote in the comments on a wiki page. It appears this error.

Hello Developers,

I've got the latest version VaultWiki a fault indication and that if I want to quote on a wiki page created in the comments, this error will be displayed.

There are a couple problems in the Reply with Quote function. It needed to be partly rewritten, so this will be fixed in 4.0.8.
