Both VW3, XF and vb standard behavior is to provide a link to reported content. VW4 doesnt do this.
Instead it provides a miniature text field to show a text that may be thousands of characters.
Please re-add a link to the reported content.

Fixed. Added a link in the next release. Also increased the starting size of admin text boxes to 80% width, 10 rows. As before, the text box can be increased using the standard browser controls (usually dragging a corner) if this is still insufficient.

Also, added a number of phrases that were used by the report system that were missing.
