This description is not clear to me. What do you mean by "breaks out?" From what I can tell the editor is broken on your site even while VaultWiki is disabled.

Please go to a wiki article. Then click 'edit'.

The editor is wider than the container. On first sight it looks like this is caused by the buttons not working, but that seems another issue.
The width of the text field is larger than the editor container.

Your style enforces a fixed width of 750px for forms, regardless of how wide the window is. Post a New Thread in a regular forum and you will see the same behavior as you shrink the window.
