      By any chance, is a dependency of 'vB4|vB3' set in either your vault/config.php file or your vault/core/controller/import/config/vw.php file?

      vault/config.php vb3
      vault/core/controller/import/config/vw.php does not have any vb dependency set.

      Please try setting the vB dependency in the import config file as 'vb3'
      In the mean time, I'm trying to find a place where it would be loading the wrong file.

      # If importing from another VW4 database, what is its dependency? (see: its /vault/config.php file)
      'dependency' => ''
      );

      I am not importing from another VW4 database.
      Do you want me to set this to vb3?

      Yes. It will always default to vBulletin 4 for VW3 imports if this is left empty.

      This default value is fixed in the next release. Even though we have to connect to the database to find out what version vBulletin is, we can set the correct dependency afterwards as long as we never make an alternative Dependency/Config file for vBulletin 4.
