      domain.com/wiki no longer works

I use dbseo and used to be able to use domain.com/wiki, depending on how it's setup but now i can't do that like i used to. I can have the address point to domain.com/wiki and it will lead to the wiki page, but it shows domain.com/wiki-index.php in the address bar. I just want it to show domain.com/wiki though, and the -index.php has been driving me nuts.

Is there a way to make it set to dbseo rules, instead of its own rules for seo to where dbseo can change it to domain.com/wiki?

This should have the result you want. Have you tried rebuilding page URLs via Wiki Admin Panel > Maintenance > Counters / Caches > Rebuild Page URLs? Do you have any sort of other variable Caches like Memcached, APC integration, or vbOptimise?
