After upgrade to 4.0.5 p3

I suspect that the file it mentions does not exist on your server. Try uploading a new copy. This file first appeared in 4.0.0 RC 1. It should be there.

The install folder needs to be removed after upgrade. This results in the above error. Leaving the install folder there will deny acce4ss to admincp.

You are only supposed to remove vault/core/controller/install
vault/core/model/install is not deleted after upgrade.
