Section Edit Missing Rich-text Editor

I'm not sure if this is a bug or not, but when you edit just a section of an article, the full rich-text editor is not available. All you get is a text box.

This is intentional. Because RTE has a habit of making broken BB-Code markup, automatically converting BB-Code to HTML in the section editor can cause a number of problems when splitting and recombining text that might have opening or closing tags that exist outside the section. Unfortunately XenForo hides the editor buttons when RTE is disabled; vBulletin still shows editor buttons.
