Bug when trying to add a new prefix

I added one prefix, but when Im trying to add another one, no matter what name im giving i get this:
"Tag is already in use by the forum software."
When I delete prefix I've made I can add another one, but not more.

In vault/core/controller/dm/prefix/vw.php, find:

if (strlen($varname) > 32)

Before it, add:

if (!$varname) return true;

also, The BBCode Varname is not showing up for me...
