Content Type

I don't know if this is a bug or not, but when I select Any Type for the Content-Type, it does not allow me to creat templates, chapters, books, etc.

To make those other page types available, I have to uncheck Any Type, and check each individual box.

I've confirmed that this is definitely a bug. However, please be careful when you have every checkbox available in the editor. Selecting "Book" and "Category" at the same time will have unexpected results (only 1 will ever work; which one, no one knows). I've added a mechanism to prevent picking both at the same time for the next version.

Marked as fixed in the next release. I've also added a mechanism to prevent saving Attachment+Island or Template+Island from the editor, which are both useless combinations.
