Insert file doesn't work

Actually insert file doesn't work on my site.
No dialogue page opens...

This is not actually a bug. You have another Javascript error that occurs on every page. On some browsers, a Javascript error will cancel every different Javascript that is scheduled after it. You will notice that other Javascript is not functioning if you try to use any wiki-related drop-down menus, the wiki search, category chooser, icon chooser preview, etc.

I think the blocking issue is this: https://www.vaultwiki.org/issues/4318/
That the wiki's live search has an error while on the Edit tab.

Ok,
it doesn't work when i logged in - when i logged out, it works... ???
