Issue: Autolinks and redirects (part 2)

While a system was introduced to prevent autolinks from appearing that are redirects to the same article, consider the following situation.

An article is visited, where forum headers are enabled. The autolinks to the article are prevented. However, the autolinks redirecting to the header (in the header) are not prevented. This is because VaultWiki sets a static boolean value to prevent multiple calls to a MySQL query.

Fixed for the next build. Now VaultWiki stores it based on threadid, so it will only run the query again if we are parsing another article.
