Tables Break Templates

It's currently not possible to enter Table Code as one of the parameters for a template call.
Doing so breaks the template because the delimiters are the same.

It might be possible to accomplish this by checking against a list of BB-Codes that also use |. Using the same method as stopping autolinks inside tags might work here.

Fixed for the next build. Used the autolink method. Also, the way templates parse its replacement variables had to be significantly changed.
