Issue: Uninstall

Probably one of the reasons you have been having "problems" is that you are still using a free version that is about 8 months old (which was still labeled RC at the time) and that you have not updated at all since then (there has been 1 new update every month). This is the first bug report you have ever made. If you had a problem, you really should have posted about it much earlier.

There are 30 known bugs in the current release -- all minor, like styling issues, and 20 of them have already been marked as fixed for the next regularly scheduled update in May. Every time we put out a new release, we try to get the known bug count down to 5 or lower. This relies on users like you notifying us if they encounter a problem. If I count backwards through the changelogs to the version I think you have, there are now about 350 known bugs in that release.

First, there was no free version I have acquired at that time.

According to that thread I linked to you, you are experiencing an issue that occurs in 4.0.0 RC 2 build 001. To correct this issue, you must download 4.0.0 RC 2 again and replace your current files.

I don't get any error when I try to download RC 2 from your account. I only get 'arsenal_invalid_version' if I try to download a newer version that you need to renew your license for.

Choose RC 2 from the drop-down menu.
