file upload in standard area

It would be cool, to upload files in a standard area (like area:file). This should be set in the admin panel and there should no option to choose another area...

You can already limit file uploads to a single area.

In the Area Manager, edit an area. Under Content-Related Options > Can Contain Content-Types > uncheck "Attachments" for every area except the one where you want them ("Any Type" counts as checking "Attachments" too).
