License Purchase Transaction Process Hanging

The Shopping Cart won't switch over to PayPal for Payment

Attempting to purchase a VW license. The transaction gets stuck on the "Please be patient" screen and stays there indefinitely. I've let it go in the background for half a day with no change. I've tried this in Chrome and IE at different times for the same result.

Thank you for reporting this. PayPal stopped accepting SSL connections from clients yesterday. We have updated the connection type on our end, and the issue should be resolved now. Please close and reopen the cart, then try again.
