vw_feed_* phrases missing after install

vw_feed_* phrases missing after install

After 2 installations, beta and now production, when I go to setting
permissions for usergroups, the section that deals with feeds has the
following message in each title section:

Could not find phrase 'vw_feed_permissions_canremoveown_title'.

There is also:

Could not find phrase 'vw_special_permissions_canredirect_title'.

How can I fix this?
