URL Not Updated Immediately After Prefix Change

When changing the prefix of an article while using a friendly URL format, the prefix is successfully updated, but the URL and BB-Code linking does not reflect the change. After applying one more edit to the article, or after rebuilding URLs, the URL updates accordingly.

Fixed in the next release for new prefix changes. The upgrade script will automatically rebuild URLs.
