Admins have no access to the wiki
After mirating from the lite to the pro version, the site is not granting access

I have sucessfully upgraded one of our websites from version 4.0.0 RC4 lite to premium, and then to v4.0.0 Build 003. But now we have a big issue because every time we attempt to acces the wiki, we get this message:

      vBulletin Message
XXXXXX, you do not have permission to access this page. This could be due to one of several reasons:

Your user account may not have sufficient privileges to access this page. Are you trying to edit someone else's post, access administrative features or some other privileged system?
If you are trying to post, the administrator may have disabled your account, or it may be awaiting activation.
And there is no way we can restore the permissions to get it working again.

We were trying to use the associated account to post the bug, but there seems to be that account doesn't have "posting" permissions in your forums neither.

This is the affected website: http://englishclass.ca/wiki_index.php

Any assistance regarding this issue will be most appreciated.

      Respectfully

Also, we are happy to provide FTP and VB admin login details if it will help troubleshoot and repair the issue ASAP.

We tried to post a support ticket (with the associated account) and it returns an error. Can we use this one?

You had the moderator group set to Administrators. Users who are in the moderator group only get permission from that group inside parts of the wiki that they are assigned to on the Moderators page.

Further explanation of this setting on the settings page is needed to deter admins from setting real usergroups as the moderator group. With more explanation for the setting, this can be marked as "fixed."

OK - Can you now please ensure that the 'someone' user here at Vaultwiki has been upgraded with the proper permissions so that they can post their own support requests in the future?

      Thanks

"Fixed" in the next release. vBulletin will no longer offer the administrator group as a choice. The setting description now warns against using any primary usergroup as a choice. It also explains how the group is applied.
