Image issues

I'm not sure what are bugs and what aren't, but I'll discuss all image issues here.

1. An empty image tag floats left by default. Adding none makes it not float left. Is this supposed to happen? Seems like it should not float left by default.
2. This could be connected to the issue above. We had a page with an image inserted inline with some text. It only had a 32px property. This for some reason caused the image to show up on the line after the text. Adding none made it show up inline correctly with the text.

Fixed. Images should only float by default when 'thumb' or 'frame' is specified.
