Issue: Redirects don't save sometimes

Have you been able to discover any pattern in this behavior? Specific prefixes or titles used?

It looks like the errors show up in my error log. There are a lot of them, so I won't post here. Here is the basic information for some of them though. If you need more information, feel free to test out some redirects on my wiki. Just delete them after.

I have fixed all the log errors that popped up, but so far I have been unable to reproduce the original issue of synonyms not saving changes. If you can reproduce the problem again, please let me know exactly what page you were making synonyms for, and what the settings you entered were.

Go to this page and try to make a redirect called "Community Projects". It will reload the page as if nothing happened.

There are a number of issues going on here:

#1: The submission triggers an error that is not being displayed (FIXED)
#2: The submitted values are not preserved when the error causes the form to refresh (FIXED)
#3: I think the error claiming that the path "Community Projects" is in use is wrong
#4: The Special:ListRedirects page is missing most results, making proving #3 difficult (FIXED)

Changed the phrase for the description to say "Prefix:Title" rather than "Page_Prefix:Page_Title", since not only were the underscores incorrect in default configurations, but the "Page_" was misleading as Synonyms are not pages.

#3 was the original problem. Basically, VaultWiki returns the last existing parent page as a fallback when a path doesn't resolve to an existing page (intended for future folding of actions into the folder path -- like /wiki/Page/edit instead of /wiki/Page?do=edit)

This is not desired behavior though when you are actually testing if the page exists. Returning a parent page generates a false positive.

This is fixed in the next release. Fallbacks are no longer returned when the path is being tested for the purposes of actually checking existence.
