Regression: there is no way to copy permissions

Vaultwiki is fairly complex software and therefore has many permissions for each usergroup and node.
Setting up permissions is a drag, because there is no way to copy permissions anymore. In VW3 we could simply copy the permissions of 1 usergroup and apply it to all new ones.
      Please add this functionality again.

Just making a note that it would be handy to copy:
      • All permissions from 1 usergroup for a new usergroup.
      • Custom permissions for all groups from 1 area for a new area.
      • A user mask from 1 user to another user's mask.

I think that covers all the ways that one would expect to copy permissions.

This function has bee restored in 4.0.9. When creating a new usergroup based on another usergroup, VaultWiki permissions from the old usergroup will be copied. Note that XenForo does not have a create-usergroup-based-on-another feature, so this change only makes a difference in vBulletin.

While I cited some examples of other good things to copy above, they are not included in 4.0.9. This issue is closed because the regression mentioned by the OP is resolved.
