Request for unnecessary input

Starting discussion. Contradictions regarding where to post and how.
Under Summary it states 'you can add a post on next page'; however, the option to add post is already on the existing page saying it is optional.
Then when you opt not to comment an error msg indicating not enough characters pops up.
