DB Error on Commenting

Code:

Database error in vBulletin 4.2.2:

Invalid SQL:
DELETE FROM `vw_subscribe` WHERE  `subscribeid` IN ()  LIMIT 1;

MySQL Error   : You have an error in your SQL syntax; check the manual that corresponds to your MySQL server version for the right syntax to use near ')  LIMIT 1' at line 1
Error Number  : 1064

When commenting/quoting a user on a page.

Fixed in the next release. This occurred when the user is not currently subscribed to the discussion, selects not to subscribe to the discussion when making the new comment, but has default subscription preferences set in the UserCP for wiki subscriptions.

In vault/core/controller/ui/watch/vw.php, find:
