Mobile Style Broken (And Taptalk error)

When I have Vaultwiki module, all mobile themes become broken:

The theme loses the div's cohesion and everything spills out.
Disabling Vaultwiki module restores the mobile theme back. I tried installing Metro mobile theme and to see if it was any different, but it also had the same problem.

Tapatalk is also giving problems with the installation of Vaultwiki. Tapatalk has a different problem than the mobile theme; if a user clicks on "Notifications", it gives an error and does not show up:

Like the previous bug though, disabling Vaultwiki restores the notification feature on Tapatalk.

Necessary Javascript files for the mobile style were not present in the ZIP. These have been added now. Please download the ZIP again and upload the contents of clientscript/jquery to your server.

The theme portion has been fixed, however, the tapatalk notification is still currently a problem.
