This might occur under some operating systems when the once-per-month cron removes stale CSS cache files. It might occur if the wiki has never been visited before one month or the last cron run (if manually run), or if PHP was never able to write to the CSS cache for an entire month due to directory permissions.

I suppose your server's operating system is one of those where PHP can't tell the difference between an empty match or an error from the glob() function. From the PHP Manual:
Returns an array containing the matched files/directories, an empty array if no file matched or FALSE on error.

      Note:
On some systems it is impossible to distinguish between empty match and an error.
The code expects an empty array if no file is matched, but I have updated the code so that it can also accept false when there are no matches.

Marked as fixed in the next release. You should, however, check that /vault/resources/css/cache is writeable by PHP on your server, because there really should not be a case where the directory is empty under normal use.
