XenBase & UI.X support

As 80% of all custom styles for XenForo is built with either PixelExit's XenBase or Audiento's UI.X I think that Vaultwiki should be compatible with these style frameworks.

Currently Vaultwiki styling breaks with upgrades.

Looking at hollosch's site, I really don't see anything that UI.X does that looks broken by VaultWiki or out of place in the wiki itself. If you find something, I would be happy to look into it.

That bug occurs with all styles in Firefox. It is fixed in the next release.
