Issue: Link Table Grows Unnecessarily

It would appear that every time a page is edited, the links are saved in the link table, but the links from the previous edit are not removed first. This leads to duplicate link reports, as well as makes the table grow faster than it needs to.

Further, only the first link used in the page is ever saved, but it is added multiple times for the total number of links in the page.

This issue is particularly problematic, since the link data should really be cleared and rebuilt. Thus, a true fix to this bug would also implement this feature: https://www.vaultwiki.org/issues/1188/
