      Link to reference in tooltip

On Wikipedia its no longer needed to go to the bottom of the article to find the reference. The reference will show in a tooltip on hover. This includes a link to the reference page/document. I propose the same for vaultwiki. Its really handy.

Implemented in the next release. See a simple example here: https://www.vaultwiki.org/demo/Footnote-test

Note that the feature required new footnote markup, so cached footnotes will not have tooltips until the page is edited or the cache expires.
A benefit of this is that it's now possible to see the footnote info even if REFLIST is not used.

Thanks for bringing that to my attention. It was a rather serious bug at work: https://www.vaultwiki.org/issues/3981/
