Issue: Pasted ATTACH Not Converted By Import

ATTACH BB-Codes in wiki pages are converted to wiki attachments during import. However, it only works if the editor button to use the ATTACH BB-Code was used.

If the ATTACH BB-Code was used in the editor of a non-wiki post, and then copied to the wiki page, the association to the original attachment is not found during import, and the BB-Code is converted to a broken wiki attachment.

Fixed in the next release.
