ATTACH Instances Not Auto-Replaced on Import

When importing from VW3, ATTACH BB-Codes are not automatically converted to their equivalents. The equivalent is just added to the end of the page. Only attachments that are not inserted with ATTACH should appear at the bottom of the page.

Fixed in the next release.
