      Disable searching of attachments

We need a way to be able to disable or exclude the searching of attachments. Without this the search results are huge.

Most of my articles have at least 2 attachments, most have 3 or more. And all of the attachments are named in relationship to the article.

I understand that with the newest version those ones can be excluded. But I have thousands of attachments that do not fall into that category. So the search results are just a huge mess.

To make it worse, the attachments come up as the FIRST results, not later down the list. So a person has to wade thru all of those to get to the real results.

More generally, this can be implemented by adding a search option based on wiki page-type, and also including that option in the sidebar block options for sidebar search. So we can only search pages (default), or attachments, or templates, etc.

To properly handle this, pages need a FULLTEXT index that includes the page-types, since FIND_IN_SET(typelist) won't be able to use indexes. The same index can be used to accomplish this request: https://www.vaultwiki.org/issues/3327/

The current behavior is very undesirable because it sabotages the search engines usefulness.
      Please fix this.

Had to almost completely rewrite the search engine and index so that it can pick up different types and filter by them. I think the back-end work is done. Going to try to make some search filters tomorrow and see if it works.

After a lot more tweaking, the forum's built-in advanced search now works as expected when filtering on page-types.

It took a lot of work yesterday, but Digital Point Sphinx search should support the new options too, although there was no way to get much of the performance benefit of using Sphinx in many queries using those options. Still, was also able to fix some bugs in Sphinx search where wiki results were not always returned.

Still need to add the filters to live-search (sidebar search).

Filters added to sidebar search. Just need to add an option to the block config so admins can set the default filters for sidebar search, and this feature will be done.
