Issue: Changing Areas via the Admin Panel Creates Revisions

Any changes to an Area's title via the Admin Panel generates a new revision for the area page. However, the new revision is useless because an area's name is not versionable. All such revisions show as duplicates in the page's history.

Fixed the cause in the next release. Page updates initialized by the Area DM will now skip the Revision DM. Existing useless revisions need to be removed by the upgrade script.
