Issue: Install Hangs at "creating_wiki_index"

I have run the Gamma 7 install multiple times before and after reading this, but I still cannot reproduce this behavior. If you have PHP error displays turned off, you will have to turn them on so that you can see what error is occurring and report the message here. But since Gamma 7, the installer should be able to show error messages even if error displays are turned off by default.

If you cannot see an error message, you will have to fill out a Ticket Support service in the Members area so someone can look at this problem for you.

If this is a reinstall over a previously installed pre-Beta 7 version, make sure you are performing a clean install. All the old VaultWiki files need to be removed before uploading the new ones or vBulletin will auto-discover the old ones (specifically /packages/vaultwiki, which doesn't exist anymore), and this can cause fatal errors, database errors, and other problems.

It would appear that some values for censorship in XenForo have conflicts with the VaultWiki router, and only during the initial installation.

Fixed this conflict for the next release.
