Issue: Use Deferred Scripts to Rebuild Setting Data

Some settings require data to be rebuilt after they are changed. Currently this is handled automatically via a browser redirect, if the setting is saved from the VaultWiki Admin Panel. However, if the setting is saved from another script, like the forum platform's options script while in debug mode, the data will not be rebuilt because the script is not designed to handle the redirect.

This case can be handled by changing the browser redirect method to an AJAX deferment method, like the one already used for deleting large amounts of wiki data.
