      If you customized vw.css, make sure to revert your changes or make them to the new template.

      vw.css is a template in the styles. If this template is unedited, then it looks like the old cached version of the CSS was not removed from the file system, because the contents of the CSS do not match the one from the upgrade.

      It's possible your PHP did not have permission to change the /clientscript/vbulletin_css/ folder at the time you upgraded. If this is the case, you will have to correct the file permissions, then manually rebuild the styles (visit admincp/template.php?do=rebuild).

      Okay, there were files missing from the download. I added them in. Please download the package. You will need to upload vault/core/controller/install/db/xml/style/. Then re-running the install/upgrade script should solve the problem.
