Issue: Moderation links are missing

This is already fixed in Gamma 6.

As I discuss in that report,

Delete is a redundant function. The same can be achieved already from within the post. The extra link just adds visual clutter.

IP logging was broken prior to Gamma 6. No IPs were logged for already posted discussion posts, so you can't view them.

The Warning link should appear in Gamma 6. If it isn't, either the template vw_commentbit_vertical has been edited and needs to be reverted, or the warning handler is not being loaded into memory for some reason. The warning handlers are stored in one of XenForo's caches. This is rebuilt by the upgrade script, but perhaps it didn't work for some reason. During development, I found I could rebuild the caches quickly by disabling the VaultWiki add-on and then re-enabling it. If this makes the warning link appear, then something fishy is going on in the content-type cache.
