Package will not upload

Several files cant be uploaded by ftp. This includes the multiquote files, vmComment, vw.php, xf.xml, xf.php (in upgradepath), vw.php (model), and the entire licensing folder.

Have you tried downloading the package again since you noticed this? I'm not seeing a problem with the package in your account.
It might help also to know what utility you are using to decompress the archive, so I can test with that.
