      Split CSS

Currently the wiki CSS is contained in one massive CSS template vw.css.
In the interest of simply making it more manageable, it should be broken up into several templates that have CSS for various functions (like VW3 did). We would then have to update the software to load these separate CSS where appropriate.

All seems to be working well in vBulletin 4 and XenForo since making the split. Some sidebar / CMS widget / related Javascript code needed refactoring to handle the change. Thus, block caches needed to be cleared by the upgrade script. Just need to apply the changes to vBulletin 3 to close this.

Completed for the next release. Note that this makes wiki CSS more manageable, slightly easier to find the CSS you want to change, and it allows CSS to be loaded modularly so that some requests have less data transferred (not all CSS is needed all the time) which leads to faster page renders.
