Purging a Non-Head Revision Deletes Entire Page

When purging any revision other than the head revision for the page, the entire page gets deleted. This is not desired behavior -- unexpected data loss.

Fixed in the next release. The page is now only removed as intended, if the edit being purged is the ONLY revision.
