Automatic Updates to Attachments May Dissociate File

Any automatically applied update to an attachment-type page, if attachment history is disabled, may dissociate the file from the attachment.

Fixed in the next release. In most cases, previously dissociated attachments cannot be relinked by an upgrade script, unfortunately. They would have to be reuploaded.

Added a step to the upgrade script to try to re-link a best guess at the files when SOME of the associated data is still present.
